Goal 1: Pursuing Academic Excellence
Objectives:
ð Create/maintain quality learning environments for all programs that have regional and national reputations
ð Quality of students accepted
ð Assessment, program review and appropriate accreditations (APA, CCTC, NCATE)
ð Enhance academic learning through mentoring, research, and application of knowledge connecting the academy to the profession
o Create colloquiums, speaker series, conferences to enhance learning
o Create international study opportunities to enhance global understanding
ð Strengthen the technological infrastructure for innovative learning environments
ð Establish Faculty Professorships and Chairs
Goal 2: Valuing Faith Heritage
Objectives:
ð Demonstrate values through integration of diversity, integrity, leadership and purpose into the learning environment
ð Encourage an open environment for pursuit of truth
ð Hire faculty who have a strong commitment to a community of faith and outstanding academic credentials
Goal 3: Advancing Diversity
Objectives:
ð Promote discourse that values each member’s background, experiences, and perspective
ð Recruit, retain and support advancement of diverse students, staff and faculty
ð Develop curricular models for practice in educational and psychological environments
ð Reach out to the broader communities to promote understanding and facilitate solutions to diversity challenges
Goal 4: Enhancing Student Experience
Objectives:
ð Increase scholarships/fellowships for students
ð Support students throughout their academic career/professional experience
ð Provide career development services to ensure quality positions for serving and leading

Objectives:
ð Enhance and develop partnerships with various professional communities
Increase visibility through community service
